Joem Bascon

Joseph Emmanuel Bascon is Joem Bascon of Philippine Cinema. Born August 29, 1986 in Manila, Philippines, Joem is a Filipino actor and model. He has been a Star Magic artist since 2006. His resemblance to actors Piolo Pascual and Sam Milby had been noticed by many. To this, Joem said he is flattered by the comparison but is doing his best to make his own identity in the showbiz industry. 

Joem graduated from high school in 2003 at Don Bosco Technical College in Mandaluyong City, an exclusive school for boys. He then went to University of Santo Tomas and took up Electrical Engineering but was not able to finish the course. Despite of his busy schedule in showbiz, he still finds time to indulge himself into boxing, weightlifting, and kettle bell training. 

He also had done several teleseryes like ‘Nasaan Ka Elisa’, ‘Habang May Buhay’, ‘Dahil May Isang Ikaw’, and been giving justice to his roles. He is one versatile actor for he can play both the antagonist and protagonist. His acting ability also brought him awards in 2010 Gawad Pasado Awards as Pinaka-Pasadong Katuwang na Aktor for the film Noy and Gawad Urian’s Best Supporting Actor award for the same film.
